Ez egy magával ragadó akció/kaland harmadik személyű RPG, melyre hatással van az európai folklór és J. R. R. Tolkien high fantasy-ja. A játékmenet nagymértékben a játékos-központú felfedezésre koncentrál, minimális kézügyességgel, kihívást jelentő harcokkal és erőforrás-kezeléssel.
A lány és a jávorszarvas sorsszerűen találkozik, miután faluját elpusztítja a király egyik fia. A megvert és a támadás mögött álló bűnösről mit sem sejtő lány nem nyugszik, amíg bosszút nem áll. Küldetése során titkokat fed fel a királyról és fiairól, és lassan rájön, hogy nem minden az, aminek látszik.

Decay of Logos tries to provide a compelling spin on the beloved Dark Souls formula but while it succeeds in creating a beautiful world of interesting lore, it falters at the task of offering a well-tuned and fun combat system.

Decay of Logos seemed like it could be a good game at first, but make no mistake, its deeply-flawed and badly-conceptualized in a way that few could pull off. Unless you're a masochist, I can't advise going anywhere near this atrocity.
